Over a decade ago, our founder was working in a Boston restaurant as he paid his way through graduate school. More than he liked he found himself doing rollups at the end of a long night or during a busy shift. Everyone in the food service industry has done rollups. Its a very easy task compared to others in the restaurant, but yet is so essential to the flow of things. He had an interest in emerging technologies and said that one day there would be a machine that does the rollups for him.

Fast forward to today and he and his brother own a company that is selling the exact machine. His brother who is a mechanical engineer has worked with a small team to design and build the machines themselves. Early customers love the machines and the product keeps developing at a rapid rate. The venture resonates with so many people because of how many of us have done rollups at some point in our life.
